brown rice, tofu + vegetable stir fry, and pickled beets

Process: Steam brown rice, stir fry vegetables (carrots, snap peas, mushrooms, onions) and tofu in oil and tamari. Fill container with rice, mix in stir fry, and garnish with pickled beets.

(kosher, gluten free, vegan)
